⚠️ The Deal: Print-As-Submitted
To keep our price at $1.95/sq ft, we run a tight ship. We do not edit, resize, or tweak your files. We take exactly what you give us and put it on film.
Because we don't touch your files, the responsibility is on you to make sure your artwork is press-ready.
Before you hit submit, check your work:
- Resolution is Key: Artwork must be 300 DPI minimum. If you upload a low-quality screenshot, it will print blurry. If it looks bad on your screen at 100%, it will look bad on the shirt.
- Remove the Background: Ensure your background is 100% transparent.
- Watch the Edges: Check for "semi-transparent" pixels (ghosting) around the edges of your design. The printer lays down white ink behind everything—if there’s a faint pixel, it will print white.
- Size Matters: Make sure your dimensions are exactly what you want printed.

📏 How to Order (Read This First)
Since you aren't using our builder, you need to make sure the size you buy matches the file you upload. We don't stretch or squash your files.

Set Your Canvas: Ensure your file is exactly 22 inches wide.

Check Your Length: Measure how long your gang sheet is.

Pick Your Variant: Select the size button that matches your file length.

Example: If your file is 22" x 40", select the 22" x 48" option. Always size up if you are between sizes so your artwork doesn't get cut off.

⚠️ The "Print-As-Submitted" Policy
To keep our turnaround fast and our price at $1.95/sq ft, we operate on a "Print As Submitted" basis for uploaded files. We do not open, edit, resize, or check your files. We feed them directly to the RIP software.
If you upload a low-quality file, you will get a low-quality transfer.
Before you upload, run this checklist:

Resolution: Must be 300 DPI at actual size. Do not just upscale a low-res image; it will print pixelated.

Background: Must be 100% Transparent. (If you see a white box behind your logo on your screen, that white box will print on the shirt).

The "Halo" Check: Ensure there are no semi-transparent pixels (fading edges/glows). The printer puts white ink behind everything. Semi-transparent pixels will print as solid white spots. Hard edges are best.

File Type: We prefer PNG (Transparent Background) or PDF.

⚠️ Artwork Requirements
We are still a "print-as-submitted" shop. To ensure your transfers look crisp, follow these rules:

Resolution Matters: We recommend 300 DPI. The uploader will warn you if your resolution is low (like the 72 DPI shown in the example). Low resolution = blurry prints.

Transparent Backgrounds: For the cleanest edges, upload PNGs with transparent backgrounds.
