📏 How to Order (Read This First)

Since you aren't using our builder, you need to make sure the size you buy matches the file you upload. We don't stretch or squash your files.

1. Set Your Canvas: Ensure your file is exactly 22 inches wide.
2. Check Your Length: Measure how long your gang sheet is.
3. Pick Your Variant: Select the size button that matches your file length.Example: If your file is 22" x 40", select the 22" x 48" option. Always size up if you are between sizes so your artwork doesn't get cut off.Available Lengths: 12", 24", 36", 48", 60", 120", 180", 240", 300", 360".

⚠️ The "Print-As-Submitted" Policy

To keep our turnaround fast and our price at $1.95/sq ft, we operate on a "Print As Submitted" basis for uploaded files. We do not open, edit, resize, or check your files. We feed them directly to the RIP software.

If you upload a low-quality file, you will get a low-quality transfer.

Before you upload, run this checklist:

• Resolution: Must be 300 DPI at actual size. Do not just upscale a low-res image; it will print pixelated.
• Background: Must be 100% Transparent. (If you see a white box behind your logo on your screen, that white box will print on the shirt).
• The "Halo" Check: Ensure there are no semi-transparent pixels (fading edges/glows). The printer puts white ink behind everything. Semi-transparent pixels will print as solid white spots. Hard edges are best.
• File Type: We prefer PNG (Transparent Background) or PDF.
